After sitting in about an hour of traffic, and dealing with a sick kitten on the drive home, we made it up to PA just in time for dinner with my parents. There is nothing like mom's cooking, especially when it is a beef roast on a cold night.
I want to learn how to make a Thanksgiving dinner, because I hope to someday be able to host my family at my house, so I woke up very early to help my mom (okay watch her and ask a lot of questions) make our family dinner. We definitely had a packed house, with my sister and her family, my younger brother, my parent's international student, my grandmother, my aunt and her family, my parents, Mike and I. There was definitely a lot to be thankful for, and a lot of yummy food to consume!

On a side note, while filling out one of my applications today, I realized that on all of the applications that have gone out thus far, on my cover letter I am missing a number in my zip code. I hope none of my reviewers notice this mistake!
